In September 2011 Rev Andy Twilley, with his wife Louise, moved to the village to become the minister of the church. As a church we have a real excitement and expectancy that God is going to do great things in the months ahead, and increasingly impact the local community with the Good News of God’s Kingdom.
We are a church that welcomes people of all ages and all backgrounds. We are at the centre of a village where family life is of vital importance and so our Sunday services and many of our midweek events are suitable for families and children. We run a pre-school, and various age-specific youth groups throughout the week attracting over 100 village children and young people every week.
We believe the bible to be absolutely true, and relevant for day-to-day living.
We have very strong links with all of the other churches in the village, and run many special village events together for the community.
We believe that the bible passage shown at the top of this page is relevant for everyone. Many of the people who meet at our church have experienced this to be true for them personally, and simply want to tell others the good news that Jesus loves them.
We know it is hard, sometimes, to step foot inside a new church, but we promise we will do everything we can to make you feel welcome and at home.
